4. Where will the righteous be during the millennium and what will they be doing?

After the resurrection of the righteous dead, they and the living righteous are “caught up to meet the Lord in the air” (1 Thessalonians 4:17). Then they will live and reign with Christ for a thousand years in heaven, not on earth. This reign is in the heavenly New Jerusalem, since the earthly city of Jerusalem does not play a significant role in the book of Revelation. JTL27 6.1
